North Park Art Studio- Studio Registration, Cancellation, & General Policy
Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis and is limited to space restrictions. Advance registration is recommended for all programs. Registration deadline is four days before the first class commences (although please contact as an exception may be possible).
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Registration can be be done via phone or email (with cheque, cash, or e-transfer payment), or in person at the North Park Art Studio (Open house hours the first Sunday of every month- also accessibly by appointment). Your registration is valid only once payment is made and processed. If you would like a receipt please let us know and you will be provided with one.
Registrations are on a first-come first-served basis as soon as session schedules are available.
Withdrawals from courses must be made at least four days prior to the class start date to be eligible for a payment refund. Withdrawals after this may be eligible for credits or partial refunds based upon extenuating circumstances, at the studio’s discretion.
Credits towards courses are transferable to other students and will be kept on file for six months.
Workshop and Course Changes and Cancellations
All courses are subject to sufficient registration. Laura Bonnie and North Park Art Studio reserve the right to cancel, postpone or combine individual courses if minimum registration is not achieved. If the studio must cancel a course or workshop participants will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.

Safe Learning Environment
North Park Art Studio aims to provide a safe, positive, and welcoming learning environment. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner with both fellow participants and instructors alike. We reserve the right to make changes to existing enrollments.
Special Needs All details of a students special needs must be disclosed at the time of registration. Please note that we cannot provide a support worker, but welcome support-workers arranged and supplied by the family.
WHAT TO WEAR ~ Art can be messy! Be sure to wear clothes that you don’t mind getting paint, clay or charcoal on!
PERMISSIONS ~ Photos and videos will be taken during art classes for promotional use. Please contact Laura Bonnie via email if you are not comfortable with photos involving your child and/or their artwork being used in print, in social media or on the studio website.
