Art Workshop Registration & Studio Guidelines

Registration:
Registering well in advance is recommended to guarantee your spot. Spots are limited and workshops have been filling up quickly as of late. Registration is on a first come first served basis as soon as course offerings are posted. Payment confirms your enrolment and reserves your spot.

How to Register:
Please read through the policies outlined on this page, and then submit payment for the workshop as well as a completed registration form.
Preferred method of tuition payments is via e-transfer, to laurabonnieart@gmail.com. My account is set up with online banking so that no security questions will be required to submit payment. Paypal, to be found at the bottom of each workshop page, is another easy payment option (note: fees for this are modified to reflect paypals percentage).
I will be in touch with you within the following 48 hours to say “hi” and confirm your successful enrolment. (Please do expect a little  suspense here as I am still operating in the dark ages and lacking some automation in my administrative systems). If you have submitted a registration form without tuition payment, please do not expect to hear from me yet as I cannot process your registration without receipt of payment. Thanks!

Alternate Payment Arrangements: E-transfer or paypal are preferred, but if you are needing to arrange an alternate method of tuition payment (cash, cheque, or square payment) please get in touch with me via email laurabonnieart@gmail.com to set this up. Receipt of payment is still required in advance in order to reserve your spot.

Who Can Join: Unless otherwise specified, beginners are welcome to enroll in listed art workshops. Most workshops are geared towards adult participants, though youth 14 and over are also welcome to enroll. Exceptions to this (for younger students and varying experience levels) may be approved on a case by case basis: please get in touch with me before registering if you are unsure.

What to Bring?  Unless otherwise specified, art supplies and materials for during class time will be provided for you. You may leave your work in progress at the studio in between sessions, depending upon your preference.

If you are feeling sick and possibly contagious, please stay home! If unsure, or on the tail end of recovering from a bug, a cold, or another relevant earthly malaise, please be sure to wear a mask to class and be mindful and considerate of fellow artists. Spare your classmates any potential germs, Scheduled Absences, Makeup Class Arrangements, and Providing Notice:
be considerate In gray area situations of exposure, please be considerate of others and wear a mask to class.
Please note: If you’re able to email me in advance to let me know, I will do my best to try and fit you in for a makeup session if I have a spare spot in a future workshop. laurabonnieart@gmail.com (24 hours notice is preferable to qualify for this option, but any amount of notice you are able to provide regarding your absence from class is greatly appreciated!)

Workshop Withdrawal and Cancellation Policies:
All courses are subject to sufficient registration, and if the studio must cancel a workshop participants will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.
